Job Title: Locum Mathematics Teacher (Grades 8-10)

Immediate availability to 30 June 2026

Location:  Radiokop, Johannesburg

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Locum Maths Teacher to teach Grades 8-10 at our school. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative mathematics lessons that meet the needs of our students.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality mathematics lessons for students in Grades 8-10
- Create a positive and stimulating learning environment for students
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective curriculum
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior
- Participate in school and departmental meetings and events
- Fulfill other duties as assigned by the school administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or Education
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification required
- Experience teaching mathematics at the secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the curriculum for Grades 8-10 mathematics, IEB experience will be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage and motivate students in the learning process
- Available immediately and able to commit to teaching until 30 June
